Oak Hill Middle School’s Fine Arts Program delivered a moving Black History Month performance this morning at the Georgia War Veterans Home, bringing joy and inspiration to an audience of honored veterans. This event, organized by Dance Teacher Crystal Williams and Choir Teacher James Bell, featured between 75 and 90 talented students from the school’s choir and dance classes.
As part of the Baldwin County School District’s commitment to the arts and cultural education, this marks the third consecutive year Oak Hill Middle School students have performed for the veterans in February. Moving forward, this event will become an official annual tradition.
Please come out to attend the official Black History Month Performance tomorrow at the Oak Hill Middle School theater at 6:30pm. This special event will showcase the dedication, passion, and talent of the students in the school’s Fine Arts Program.
