Javon Bullard Returns to the Baldwin County School District for the Second Annual Javon Bullard Day



Javon Bullard, a two-time National Champion and Defensive MVP of the Chick-Fil-A Bowl and NCAA Football National Championship Game, returned to his hometown on Friday, March 10th, to spend the day with students, staff, and faculty at each of the schools in the district. On Saturday, March 11th, the City of Milledgeville in partnership with Baldwin County School District, held a parade to celebrate this home town hero and his accomplishments. Bullard has made a name for himself on the football field and is now giving back to the community that helped shape him into the successful athlete he is today.


Bullard, an alumni of the Baldwin County School District, was greeted with enthusiasm by students and teachers alike. He spent the day visiting classrooms, sharing his experiences as a student-athlete, and encouraging students to pursue their dreams. There were tearful reunions with his old teachers, and inspiring stories of life both on and off the field. Bullard spoke about the importance of hard work, dedication, and perseverance, and reminded students that anything is possible with determination and a positive attitude.


Throughout the day, Bullard also took the time to visit with faculty and staff, thanking them for their hard work and dedication to the students of Baldwin County. He shared stories about his time as a student in the district and expressed his gratitude for the impact they had on his life.

The following day, the town of Baldwin County held a parade to celebrate Bullard's achievements. The community came together to honor their hometown hero, with drill teams from the schools and banners displaying his name and accomplishments. Bullard rode through the streets of his hometown, accompanied by his family, waving to the crowd and showing his appreciation for the support he has received throughout his career.

Bullard's visit and the subsequent parade were a testament to the impact that one individual can have on a community. His success on the football field has brought pride and recognition to Baldwin County, and his commitment to giving back to his community has made him a role model for young students.
