
We are thrilled to announce that Ms. Brittany Roberson has joined the Baldwin County School District as the new Assistant Principal at Oak Hill Middle School. Her appointment was approved by the Board of Education, and we couldn't be more excited to welcome her to our educational family.
A proud graduate of Washington County High School in Sandersville, GA, Roberson has always been deeply rooted in the community. After attending Georgia Southern University, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education, demonstrating her passion for nurturing young minds.
Continuing her pursuit of excellence, Roberson obtained a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction from Georgia Southern University. But she didn't stop there—she went on to achieve her Specialist in Advanced Educational Studies from Augusta University, accompanied by a Leadership Certification, showcasing her commitment to professional growth and educational leadership.
Throughout her career, Roberson has shown an unwavering dedication to her students and their success. She has taught a variety of subjects, including reading, ELA, math, science, and social studies, providing her with a well-rounded perspective on education. In addition to her classroom expertise, she has been actively involved in various capacities, serving as a grade level instructional leader, a teacher mentor, and a member of the school improvement leadership team. Her efforts have also extended beyond the school walls, where she has facilitated numerous parental involvement events, fostering a strong bond between the school and the community.
Beyond her professional achievements, Roberson is a loving and caring parent to three wonderful children: Michael, Mia, and Kaleb. Her commitment to family values aligns perfectly with our school's ethos, and we are confident that her nurturing and compassionate nature will resonate with both students and parents.
Roberson's enthusiasm for collaborating with leaders, teachers, and stakeholders within the Baldwin County School District is palpable. Her vision for fostering academic success and the overall well-being of each student is inspiring, and we know that she will make a significant positive impact at Oak Hill Middle School.
