The Baldwin Bravettes faced off against Cross Creek yesterday at home. The annual Pink Out game was an exciting match up that began with the first pitch being thrown by Coach Rev. Anderson Bentley Jr.
Coach Bentley started his career as a middle school teacher and coach. He spent over 30 years pouring into the lives of young people and has left an indelible mark. He was honored not only for his contributions to Baldwin County School District but also for being a cancer survivor.
After a moving first pitch, the Baldwin Bravettes played hard. The dynamic game was close with a difference of 1 point. The Bravettes came out on top during the home conference game against Cross Creek (Augusta, GA) by a score of 18-17.
