Today, July 22nd, the Baldwin County School District held its annual Back-to-School Bash at Lakeview Academy, where it hosted local non-profits, businesses, and organizations who gave out school supplies to families. Emergency helicopter and fire truck vehicle tours were given as well as free haircuts to kids courtesy of Dax Bolston.
The Back-to-School Bash is a fun way of providing families with more information on our individual programs such as Bridge, STEAM, Georgia College Early College, YES, Communities in Schools, and many others. Visitors were also treated to delicious food, dancing and games, and were reunited with BCSD faculty and staff after the summer break.
