Baldwin Welcomes New School Leader to the Team

Please join us in congratulating Stephanie McMillian as she steps into her new role of Assistant Principal at Lakeview Primary School.

Mrs. McMillan resides in Baldwin County with her husband and three children. She holds a Specialist Degree in Teaching and Learning from Georgia Southern University. She earned a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts from Georgia College and State University. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Education in the area of Curriculum and Instruction from Georgia College and State University. Mrs. McMillan holds professional educator certifications in Leadership, Elementary Education, and Montessori Education as well as endorsements in Teacher Support, Coaching, Gifted Education, and ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages).

Mrs. McMillan graduated from Baldwin High School in 1997. She has served Baldwin County School District as a Teacher for 13 years and as an Instructional Coach for 4 years.

Mrs. McMillan is a dedicated lifelong learner and is passionate about her role in helping students succeed. Her vision is to serve the Lakeview Primary Family by establishing relationships with all stakeholders. She is excited to join Mrs. Clark in leading the staff at Lakeview Primary.
