This morning, in front of hundreds of fellow students, teachers and family members, BHS Senior Braves Javez Lumpkin and Justin Webb signed letters of intent and received scholarships to continue their dream of playing basketball at the collegiate level.

Lumpkin signed on with Albany Technical College in Albany, GA while Webb committed to play for Walters State Community College in Morristown, TN. The players, flanked by family and loved ones, took a few moments to share thanks and appreciation to those that have supported them before making their final commitments. Coach Harris went on to express his admiration for the young players and expectation of continued excellence as they prepare to begin their collegiate careers.
