13WMAZ visited Baldwin High School last week to highlight the newly installed coffee bars that were funded through a USDA grant. Naomi Washington was able to get feedback from students and staff about the coffee bars.
The Iced Coffee contains 2 oz of coffee and 8 oz of low-fat milk. They offer several Sugar-Free Flavored Syrups so that the students may customize their beverage. Along with the drink, students are offered 100% fruit juice, fresh fruit, and a whole grain item (varies daily), making this a reimbursable breakfast. Students also have the option of a hot breakfast in the cafe serving lines.
